I asked so many questions, but they never rushed me — instead, they answered each one sincerely and thoroughly, making it so much easier for me to make an informed decision.A week after the treatment, I even received a thoughtful follow-up text, which truly touched me (it was so 감동적!). I went back two weeks later just to check in, even though I was already happy with the results. They welcomed me warmly, offered me coffee, and took the time to explain everything again with the same level of kindness and professionalism.I’m so happy I found this place. This is an incredible (and uncharacteristically upscale for North Flushing) skin care clinic, run by two professional and lovely sisters.The facility is extremely clean; almost a Zen-like minimalist. This bodes very well for the purpose. This setting totally makes you want to come back.The 2 sisters. Not only they know what they are doing with your skin care needs, but they are excellent communicators. You see all the books at the waiting area? I found out the books are their personal collections. Looks like decades of knowledge obtained from the books playing a vital role in their consulting skills at Vos Clinic.I did not participate in the skin care process unfortunately. I don’t think even God can do anything with a 49 yr old man with massed up skin without any motivation to improve it. So my wife was the only party subject to the care process.2 hrs later, my wife was reborn with rejuvenated skin. And 2 weeks later, she was willing to drive from NJ (Cross Bronx expressway traffic and 2 tolls) to engage in another skin care session.If you have extra budget AND motivation to improve your skin health/appearance, I highly recommend this place for you.

Such a wonderful med spa with professional and knowledgeable people. First let me mention the beauty and sheer elegance of this spa. Soft calming music playing in the background; very upscale. So clean. When you come in, you’re instantly greeted by someone, taken into your room. They give you slippers to put on, a closet to hang up your coat and belongings. You lay down on a bed, with plush, soft bedding, I was so comfortable. The nurse practitioner and her sister are both very knowledgeable, know all the ins and outs of skin care. She knew exactly what to recommend to me based on my concerns. At this point, I have been here many times for different procedures and all have been great. I referred my sister here too and she loved it as well. You won’t regret coming here.

Great experience! Sinai Seo and her team member are both very kind and efficient. She was quite knowledgeable and most importantly to honest about what procedures would best suit me and my partner and which can be avoided which is refreshing. They have many procedures offered which we have done in Korea before which is great as we were looking for a local provider here in NYC. The clinic is clean. We look forward to returning again!

Consumers have the right to be informed of both negative and positive experiences._________________________________________________________________I had Potenza RF microneedling at this clinic and developed a noticeable indentation on under eye area within few hours of the treatment. By day two the indent has elongated upward towards tear trough, and downward towards the cheek. It has been month three weeks (as of 07/06/25) since the treatment and the indent has remained unchanged.When I returned to the facility to discuss it, the provider compared two sets of photos taken at the clinic—before and after—under the same lighting setup with same I phone camera, to argue her point that there was no visible indentation that I was referring to.However, the photos were not a fair comparison. The pre-treatment photos emphasized every skin imperfection—texture, pigmentation, pores, and so on - while my skin in the follow-up photos looked unusually smooth with hardly any flaws showing, including the indent. I did have sunscreen on that day, but it doesn’t explain how the indent disappeared completely in her images while it was clearly visible in a photo I took at home earlier that same day in natural, dim light.She insisted the indent was pre-existing, referencing a shadowed area in the original photo. But that was actually natural under-eye volume loss from aging, along with some dark circles, pigment, and splotchiness of red and white spots from skin prep, not a defined indent like the one that formed after treatment.I’m not blaming the provider for the skin’s reaction—things can go unexpectedly even with proper protocol followed. What left me disappointed was how the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging a possible complication or discussing options for treatment, she dismissed my concern based solely on photos that didn’t reflect my actual skin. She even said my skin had “improved,” which felt disingenuous—especially since meaningful results from such procedures typically take time and repeated sessions, not seven days and one treatment, unless there was swelling left which she perceived to be as improvement. However by the time I re-visited the facility the swelling had been long gone.I wasn’t looking to assign fault to anyone. I simply wanted an honest explanation and some guidance. Unfortunately, that is not what I got.
