★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've spent $3,194.93 with Premier Pretty over the last 7 months, driving over 2 hours round trip 1-2 times each month just to patronize this business. Today I'm having a flare-up of my auto immune disease (meaning I'm having pain and difficulty moving and can't drive) so I can't make my appointment. When I call and explain I'm not feeling well, Instead of rescheduling the appointment or attempting to accommodate me, a consistent customer, I was told my appointment would be considered a no show and I would have to forfeit my $100 membership appointment for the month, as if my body gives me a 24 hour notice when it won't feel well. It's heartbreaking that this is how the situation was handled and I rather spend my time and money somewhere that's accommodating to its loyal customers and actually yields quality results. $3k later I still struggle with acne, dark spots, and hyperpigmentation.
Jun 21, 2025 · Princess MochaI would strongly recommend finding another place for your skincare treatments. I initially chose this business because I assumed the head esthetician, Che Tolentino (I believe she owns the business too), would have the experience and insight to offer personalized care. Unfortunately, that was not the case. She recommended microneedling after barely looking at my face, which felt rushed and impersonal.I trusted her expertise at the time, but it quickly became clear that the focus was more on upselling expensive treatments than on addressing my individual skincare needs. It felt like I was working with someone more interested in making a sale than delivering real results.Since then, I’ve started going to a MedSpa, and the difference has been night and day. I now work with a licensed practitioner who takes the time to assess my skin properly and customize a treatment plan that is actually working. My skin has improved significantly in just a month. If you’re serious about your skincare, I highly recommend seeking out a MedSpa where your unique needs will be a priority, not just your wallet.Update in response to the business:Thank you for your response. I hope this experience offers some insight for future client interactions. I’d also like to clarify that no thorough intake or skin history was taken before a recommendation was made. The suggestion for microneedling was based solely on a brief glance at my face. That being said, I couldn’t be happier with my current experience with an actual healthcare provider at a MedSpa. I just wanted to share my perspective.Thank you for your time, and I hope you have a great week ahead!
Jul 06, 2025 · Shantell EnonuyaChe and her staff were incredibly knowledgeable and very welcoming as this was my first time visiting her. I received the micro needling service and highly recommend getting the numbing cream if you are not use to this service. Will definitely be coming back- even though I live in Seattle WA. Chocolate covered strawberries were also yummy!!
May 09, 2025 · Paula BrownI do not recommend this place. On March 28, it was my first and last time receiving micro needling with serum by Shatira. Despite using all products as instructed, my face looks burnt. I now have to spend extra money on treatment from a dermatologist.
Jun 10, 2025 · Tyler WellsI love making my monthly trips here for my skin service. Che and her staff are always friendly, welcoming and professional. Not to mention after being serviced I leave with a glow. I highly recommend coming here for all of your skin care needs!
