The staff are always kind and attentive. I never feel awkward when they do a full body scan checking for any problem areas. I am removing a star though because they brought me back about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, had me change out of my clothes and into the thin paper gown and sit on the chair in the cold room, then proceeded to not show up until about 15 minutes after my appointment time. It was very uncomfortable sitting there for so long in the cold. If they were going to be so behind, I would have preferred to be in the warm waiting room, or allowed to sit in my clothes at least.It was very annoying and uncomfortable that I would normally take 2 stars off for this, but I have been going there for my annual exam for years, and it is the first time this has happened, and they truly are a great practice and very attentive and courteous.

Worst experience I have ever had- I went in for rosacea and KP. First all the receptionist they look for quality people, I was basically a disgust to the girls . Also everytime I called in after they always would hang up on me, I went in with the expectation of an excellent place. I ended up leaving so uncomfortable, the nurse asked to take of my clothes - me thinking oh there going to check my KP. No it was a body scan(cancer), that I Never scheduled. When the doctor came in he was even taken back - and asked the nurses - isn’t she here for KP and rosacea ? I was so embarrassed and the doctor kept examining for what I was scheduled - like dude I was half naked ! So freaking uncomfortable- never coming here again!

Dr. Fathi and his team are incredible! I’ve had to have 4 mohs surgeries in the last year and every time, the staff is very caring, personable. Dr. Fathi is excellent at what he does and the staff follows up afterwards to make sure you are doing ok. 5 stars for sure!!

I have been to many dermatologists. This skin check was the best, most thorough I’ve ever had! Dr Fathi uses magnification and checks your entire body even your mouth and your hair. I left, feeling confident that he did not miss a thing.
