I came to Nurse Jen Sunday June 8th for a Jet Plasma Facial and Factor 5 chemical peel.It has been years since I received a facial and as someone with melanated skin I always worry of certain treatments will exacerbate my dark spots.The space was really zen and calm- a lovely teal room that felt like an oasis from outside.Nurse Jen took the time to thoroughly educate me on each step of each treatment constantly checking to see if I was comfortable or if I was experiencing anything adverse.My favorite part of the treatment was the steam! Every serum cleanser and treatment applied felt like a hug for my face and the results?Here is day one glow! Nurse Jen is a true magician!! After years of struggling with VERY stubborn melasma & trying everything under the sun...Jen suggested a sequence of the Jet Plasma treatments w/the Factor Five chemical peel. I am so excited about the results & how my skin has changed. My melasma is much lighter, the texture of my skin is smoother, my pores are practically invisible & the overall tone just GLOWS. It has been a month since I had fibroblast skin treatment with Jen and Kristen. I elected treatment for my face, neck and décolletage. I am so, so pleased with the results.The age spots on my face and chest are now gone. The sun damage is dramatically reduced and the fine wrinkles have softened substantially. I am most surprised by the impact the treatment had on the quality of the skin on my chest. The skin on my chest was crepey and ruddy and I was always hesitant to wear v-neck shirts. I am pleasantly surprised by the improvement that Jen was able to make.I am told that the results will continue to improve for a couple more months because of the collagen stimulation, but honestly I am pretty thrilled right now.I was comforted by the fact that Jen is a nurse and was impressed by her technical skill with the instrument. The recovery was a little rough and Jen was right there with me, answering my questions and reassuring me day and night. Everything she told me was true. Jen is a person of high integrity and I heartily recommend her.
