She talked me through the options, and talk to me during the entire procedure. She made me feel confident in her abilities as a provider, and at ease with the entire process.As I said, I just had this done earlier today. I can already see amazing results! The results should be even better in the next two weeks! If you care about your pocket and yourself, you shouldn't go here. I went for the dark circles under my eyes and they told me the procedure to be done was PRP. The price was $1500. I came here believing the reviews of this place. I wish I had never gone. Because my under eyes are the same, nothing has changed. They don't use a mask during the procedure, who wants to smell the garlic you ate for lunch? I was about to die from the smell in the first session. The second session was even scarier because she injected the plasma without numbing my under eyes, I had the most painful 35 minutes of my life. Normally this procedure takes less time but I was in so much pain, the woman kept doing it over and over. And she was laughing as if it was funny, there was no professionalism at all. Then when the procedure was about to end, she finally remembered and put cream under my eyes. And she asked how long I should keep it on, you are the nurse there, not me. I had seasonal flu and allergies, unfortunately I spent two nights in the hospital, they told me I hadn't paid for my last session, 15 minutes later I said I would go home and pay, unfortunately I didn't go home, I went to the hospital, when I opened my phone I saw many calls and messages, I guess they thought I couldn't pay and told me the next step, it was funny because they saw that the procedure they did was not good and didn't work, you should consider refunding my money until you get back the $500, our customer service is very, very bad in the procedure you perform

I’ve been going to Suzanne for filler and Botox for over 9 years! She is truly best in class, and I would not go to anyone else. She is one of the most skilled in the industry. There are clients of hers ive met, that fly back to MN just to see her. Her experience, techniques, and knowledge are by far superior. She ensures you look natural, but you still see a difference from before vs. after. Overall, you still look like yourself just, fresh. It will keep other folks guessing cause they’re like “you look so glowy or fresh” not having a clue you do anything. The experience is always so fun and enjoyable. She knows how and has techniques to minimize any discomfort. I’m always learning so much from her during each visit. Again, she goes above and beyond almost every injector when it comes to knowledge, experience and understanding short term results but also long term. There’s never any pressure from her and she wants to ensure her recommendations are only what you feel comfortable with and best for your goals. Truly can’t say enough good things about Susan and Metropolitan.
