The sun damages skin develops " sun spots" , "age Spots" , "Liver Spots" but they all are lentigines related to UV exposure and should be removed. Using the Q Switched KTP we are able to remove these sun spots in one to three sessions.
Radiesse
Unlike the others this is a calcium preparation initially only FDA approved for the cheeks but now also the nasolabial folds. This is a thick less pliable filler so its reserved for very deep folds and also for the cheeks if augmentation is desired.
Restylane
A hyaluronic acid filler for facial wrinkle and fold plumping. Areas of use are the nasolabial folds, the lips, and especially under the eye. Results are instant.
Restylane Defyne
My new favorite filler for its ability to fill deeper folds and for its ability to expand with facial motion. There currently is no other filler on the market that had this ability to stretch making it perfect for rejuvenation of the mouth area. When you smile the Defyne follows the smile ensuring a natural look at all times.
Restylane Lyft
Another deep volume filler for the cheek area and nasolabial folds with a long duration and instant results. The amount of cheek augmentation is the same as voluma but the cost is less making it a favorite in my practice.

I became a patient of Dr Glenn Messina after seeing one of his videos on the youtube informational channel. I was interested in the Hollywood peel and contacted him. I have not had one before abd of course has my concerns about a laser not only on my skin but to my face. Dr. Messina explained the process in detail without any rushing of me and how we avoid problems by mutual communication he asking me if all is okay and me telling him if it feels to uncomfortable. He put the carbon on then steel eye cups , since I couldn't see Dr. Messina told me exactly what he was doing and when he would start. The process was warm and painless and I loved the results, we did a series of 5 and I like the glow of my skin and overall improvement in its texture and even color.I cant say anything more than he is a knowledgeable doctor with most care for his patients. I intend to try something else this winter like an injection. Trust me , this is a person of character.

I initially came to the office of Dr Messina with my daughter who suffers with acne. We were really at the end of our rope in that just about all else had failed to control her acne. Some products dried her skin to much others burned and nothing worked. My daught at 16 was starting to avoid social situations, we were told about Dr Messina via a friends mother at our high school and we thought lets try one more time. I am so glad we did. Dr Messina understood what my daughter was going through infact it happened in his daughter which was a stimulus for him to venture into acne therapy ( I beleive he started in medicine/critical care). He was very compassionate and recommended a combination of what we tried plus his laser therapy. We noticed a change in just a few days and my daughter is simply beaming!I decieded to let Dr Messina inject me with Juvederm for the lines around my mouth ( Im 50) and the results have been fantastic. I personally received both filler and Botox from Dr. Messina. I did my research before I made my appointment. It was important to me that he was an MD and when I discussed his experience and training with me I was blown away. As a licensed professional (I am an Attorney) it is important that the person who puts filler and botox into my face be fully trained and licensed as a physician and not anything less. I was so pleasantly surprised at the time he took with me; and the level of personal attention and care he gave to each of our sessions was very comforting. He is different than any other MD that I have ever let examine me. I cant say enough about the results too!!!
