★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Noelle felt condescending and uncaring. She dismissed what I said, I had to repeat myself several times, and then she finally said something like “or it could be [what I told her]” like it was her idea. There was also another woman in the room during the more intimate information time (nurse, assistant, I don’t know tbh) who literally stood behind me like almost over my shoulder. It was so uncomfortable! I didn’t feel seen, heard, or accepted by her at all, and I cancelled my follow-up appointment. The front desk staff were super friendly though, with wonderful energy. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to Dr. Noelle.
Apr 09, 2025 · Ember PendletonScheduling an appointment takes too long and too much information. Many businesses have user friendly scheduling online and it makes a big difference and saves time. They don't send details by email about the service I was interested in. I was going to donate consultation but they needed my home address, which in my opinion that was unnecessary.
Mar 24, 2025 · BiViHad a skin check with Dr. Noell and I couldn’t be more pleased with my entire experience here. Staff was so friendly, especially Dr. Noell and also knowledgeable. I was seen promptly and wasn’t rushed at all - I feel like Dr. Noell took the time to talk to me and help me feel comfortable! Highly recommend!
Mar 05, 2025 · Stephanie HaughtIt was our 1st appt at the Hunt Valley location after switching from Towson. Upon opening the door to the office, my daughter and I were greeted with the dirtiest looks by the 2 front receptionists. They glared at us, then looked at each other with utter disgust and then finally acknowledged us. Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a doctor’s office than I did here. I admitted we were 8 minutes late and I apologized for that. I even apologized for the traffic and accidents on 695 on the way there. But my goodness! This is how they treat patients for being 8 minutes late?! They have no rights to make patients feel that way! I was appalled and disgusted by their behaviors. What I really wanted to do was to turn around and walk right out. No one, I mean no one should tolerate this nonsense and unprofessionalism especially at a doctor’s office no less! And frankly, I don’t even want to bring my daughter back!
Feb 06, 2025 · SayhiengDoctor is very thorough and attentive. However front desk staff is terrible. They don’t even say hello. Only your name and fill out forms. They obviously don’t want to be there and they show it .
