Went in for a basic facial but ended up upgrading to a more hydrating facial after talking to Sarai about the results I was looking for. I didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell me anything she was super patient and explained everything clearly. I’m so happy I had my facial with her my skin is glowing! I will definitely be back to see her!

I have been coming here every month for the past year and it's great. I book with Sarai and my skin always feels so smooth and moisturized. She help with acne, scaring, redness and puffiness. I have gone to many other places but this one is by far the best. Her hands do wonders every other place I've gone to it hurt when they removed my black heads so bad but with her omg I can barely feel when she takes them out. You can tell she's knows her stuff and she makes you feel so relaxed that I often fall asleep. The front desk is always so friendly they offer snacks and water and make you feel welcomed. Overall amazing I recommend this salon and Sarai to everyone I know.

Posting the complete review on image because I ran out of space on here, too much to type.I visited today 05/23/25, as my 16-year-old daughter booked me an appointment for my birthday for a facial. Hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The service was not only subpar—unenjoyable and inattentive—but I also discovered that some of the staff may not be properly licensed, which raises serious concerns about safety and professionalism.There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail and customer care especially because the owner had her toddler running all around the place and not only that he was screaming at the top of his lungs, not only did the child went inside my room-space but also my daughters (since she decided to get a facial last minute.) opening our curtains screaming for his mommy (owner) extra loud. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived, which completely defeats the purpose of a spa visit especially on my birthday. I would strongly urge owner to ensure all staff meet proper licensing requirements and to improve the quality of customer service, including herself. She was not accommodating at all. They don't even have water available for customers for after service.As a licensed professional I couldn't recognize any of the massage movements I was getting from the lady (Sarai) that was doing my facial, not effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, friction, or vibration. She didn't ask me if I was allergic to anything, which I am. I have extra sensitive skin and rosacea, she did use products on my face that had fragrance and caused temporary tingling but nothing too severe, thankfully. As soon as she started, I questioned if she was licensed because she did not put a headband over my head to protect my hair (which is the first thing they teach you before you start a facial service (aside of sanitation and infection control.) She did the bare minimal for extraction, she didn't tilt my nose one bit, mainly she removed little peach fuzz. Later in the service, she put a facemask on me after cleansing me about 5xs and lathering my hair with all kinds of gels which left my hair line all around musty, said she would go change the water and left me for about 20 mins. Any licensed professional knows that when you have a client with a facemask on you should massage the neck, clavicle area, shoulders, arms etc. but we not nothing of that (not me or my daughter, she was in the room next to me), we just laid there for 20 mins or so until they (I say "they" because me and my daughter had the same experience.) came back, by then I was already irritated because the kid was screaming at the top of his lungs for couple mins, I couldn't relax not one bit, my head started pulsing right away it was just too much.I don't understand how the owner thinks having her kid running around screaming is ok. Later, when I got up to change after my service was over I looked around the booth for a license and there was one with the name "Anna" but she told me her name was Sarai so when I went to the front the owner had 3 kids in the lobby extra loud, I proceeded to ask her if Sarai had a license and she immediately went on panic mode, she (owner) said, "she does have one", it's in the other room, I asked if I could see it, she (owner) then left, came back and said it wasn't there. She, (owner) then proceeded to open a messy drawer from underneath the front desk and started looking for her license, I reminded her that by law every employee offering service must have it next to her work area, she (owner) insisted she had one but didn't have it with her. she then got a little notepad and started noting stuff down. She referred me to the state board website and told me to look her up, but she wasn't giving me accurate information. I asked her if Sarai was new because I could tell she wasn't experienced and she said, "yes, this is her first job, she's been hereRAN OUT OF SPACE, TYPED IT AND POSTED. PLEASE READ

Have been going here for over 5 years. When i had come for the first time, my face was a mess then my skin became so good people would think I had on makeup and everyone(especially fellow nurses I worked with) was dying to know where I transformed my skin.I also recommended so many people who have their skincare needs taken care of. Don is amazing. He does such a great job and is so wise and kind. Recently got a trifecta facial, I have also gotten a fruit acid peel(BEST PRICE YOU CAN FIND).
