This is my second review. I have been a loyal customer for 9.5 years. I’ve consistently booked with Inor on average every 6-8 weeks. I’ve never been the customer who stood her up or cancelled. And I’ve referred friends, coworkers/colleagues, and family to her over the years.This review is not intended to review her knowledge for skincare. She’s absolutely one of the most knowledgeable individuals in her field. This review is intended to review her customer service, which has sadly declined.At my most recent appointment she accused me of having work done on my face within the last two weeks that I hadn’t had done, even though I repeatedly told her she was wrong, and she proceeded to insult the shape/angle of a section of my eyebrows, which didn’t help my confidence or make me feel good. How do you respond to someone who won’t listen to you or believe you?I hadn’t even laid down yet. I was beside myself.During my facial I asked her if she would complete micro-needling for me as I had a prepaid package and her response was “it was not her problem to remember what’s in my package, it’s mine. She doesn’t have time.” She never once opened my file to review my chart or history or bothered to ask me or tell me what she was or wasn’t doing to my face at that appointment. I laid there for two hours uncomfortable.She proceeded to tell me I had completed the “one micro-needling session she sold me” and that I didn’t have anything left, which concerned me, as I purchased 3 sessions, all prepaid, and even offered to show her the text message she sent me proving she sold me 3 micro-needling appointments within my package.She got irritated with me for correcting her and told me she wasn’t going to go back and forth with me on this.Then she told me my package was expiring in 3 weeks, even though she had previously granted me an extension on my package due to a major surgery I had a few months ago.By the way, her expiration rule on prepaid packages is a newer policy that she recently implemented and just told me about after my surgery and after putting my package together.Note: I had a 6 week recovery and was on a very high dose medication after surgery and I was discouraged from completing any treatments until I got clearance from my doctor and stopped the medication.All this was conveyed to her. In 9 years, this is the first time I’ve ever had a surgery or anything that would interrupt my package. I trusted her word to extend my package since this was the first time I was being forced to complete my package within a specific timeframe and unable to.Instead, she told me it’s my problem and that if my package is unused or incomplete in 3 weeks, I will lose all the money I prepaid for it.Is that how you treat a loyal customer? This is the first time I’ve ever had a conflict or disagreement with Inor. And I was surprised by her ruthless and inconsiderate attitude.The more I asked her to please review everything I had in writing, the more upset she got and screamed “get out and I don’t care if you ever come back again.”Since that appointment, I have sent her more follow-up texts than I should, and all have gone unanswered.As I write this, my package hasn’t technically expired yet nor has it been fulfilled. I’m in limbo land. She cancelled my future appointment, she won’t respond to my texts to see if I can get another future appointment, nor is she responding to my request to get a refund as an alternative (on the two micro-needling sessions that I prepaid for but still have not received - cost of service plus tip and tax).I do not recommend working with someone who can turn on you at any given moment.
