★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This dermatology office was recommended by my son’s pediatrician. I scheduled him for an appointment, letting the staff know that we would have to drive two hours for the appointment. The front desk staff was kind and helpful when we got there, but the nurse and doctor we saw made the experience pretty terrible. I told the nurse again that we drove two hours for the appointment and I asked her to assure my son that he would not be getting any shots. He’s had a complicated medical history and has a lot of fear of doctors. She seemed confused as to why I would ask that even after explaining why. The doctor was very brusque with me not explaining what he needed to either of us. As he was freaking out and wiggling away from me, I had to ask the nurse to please bring him a lollipop from the front to help distract him. Again she seemed very confused as to why I was asking this. The entire appointment was about 15 minutes long and I was told that I would need to schedule him again for three weeks later. I reminded them that we drove two hours and she said that she could schedule us for six weeks instead which makes me feel as though she’s scheduling people more often just to bill insurance. Finally, I was told that he would need a cream prescribed for follow up. I told them our pharmacy was listed in the paperwork I filled out. She looked at it disdainfully and said “oh a rural health pharmacy won’t have this”. She didn’t offer to call and check and when I said that I’m sure it was something they could order, she said she would just send it to their mail order pharmacy. She said they would be able to get it for me in a couple of days. It ended up taking over a week to get the medication and when I asked our local pharmacy, I was informed that it is something they can order and they have a two to three day timeframe for getting medication stocked.I don’t think that my experience is typical. I’m sure they are fine for other patients, but I would never bring a kid there or suggest it to anyone.
Jul 17, 2025 · Sarah BrenayDr Nancy Chung was very Friendly, Professional & Explained Everything Perfectly, she in an awesome dermatologist.Dr Chung's assistant was great as well. The ladies at the check-in and check out desk were very friendly and efficient.
Jul 11, 2025 · Vimesh MithalThe front desk lady handling the Appointments is the rudest. You got to be polite and patient when talking to people. If you can’t, you should not be in that job.Your scheduling system lets us book the appointment and then next morning you realize that it was cancelled.1. Either you change that Appointment scheduler or2. Change the person handling these appointments and replace with someone who can explain the people that you have a dumb application that simply cant tell people that they’re over booking but still gives you a notification saying the appointment is confirmed.
Jun 06, 2025 · Hary PotterVery efficient doctors office; Dr. Vin was great. She did a biopsy and froze a couple different spots on my face that were pre-cancerous. The amazing part is that from the time I entered the waiting area until I was paying my co-pay was 14 minutes. None of my appointment was rushed, It was just a very well orchestrated process!
Apr 02, 2025 · Jax CaughieThe medical care here is very good, although I wish appointments ran much more on time. Elizabeth in particular has so much genuine care for all her patients, and it comes through so clearly. It makes appointments worth waiting for.
