When I call back she kept me on the phone by for 10 minutes with all king of information then told me they don’t accept new patients. They don’t care. Don’t waste your time with them.

Feb 28, 2025 · CJ BestI want to make this clear. The doctors are great. Dr. Lawley and Dr. M, her PA and some staff were super nice to my wife and son.Without them, this place just deserves to close down. Horribly managed! Horrifying experience!1. Customers service over the phone and the staff next door were rude and unhelpful and do not help patients.2. The office is SO difficult to locate! Only two pictures here to reference.3. No phone line to contact the desk directly. The only number to call is a general Emory help desk. They do not help either. NOBODY in Emory knows how to locate this place!4. AND Text reminders provide an inaccurate address that when copied to Google maps - takes you to a total strangers house! It happens frequently from talking to the poor homeowners!5. We booked this place at least 10 MONTHS ago!Go anywhere else until all the staff can treat ALL people with respect and dignity.

Apr 19, 2024 · Mike NanniArrived slightly early for our 1:40pm appointment. There was a long line of folks waiting to be checked in, including someone had missed their appointment by several hours.I check 2x on why the waiting room had emptied out with everyone that arrived after us. No response.20 min later, and still waiting the front desk finally informed us that they called our name but used my child’s middle name, everyone else was called by their last name. So confusing!!!The nurse who finally came to take us back was very rude and insisted that my child’s name was their middle name.In total waited almost 50 min prior to being taken back into a room.

Mar 13, 2024 · Christina BonaccorseThey keep billing either no insurance/self pay when we have insurance, or the wrong insurance no matter how many times I call to rectify the situation. The people working the dermatology office in July 2023 are the ones who started this never ending sisyphisian task of getting them to bill insurance and the people who work in the Emory billing department cannot clearly get it correct. Spoke with a lady today again in the billing department nearly a year after the apt (Nina) who was the rudest person who was zero help and not only that she smacked in my ear the entire time as if she were chewing gum or taffy, just disgusting. Called back and got a much more helpful person and hopefully this will get billed correctly b/c as of now I feel Emory owes me money for the time I have tried to correct their initial mistake. Emory doctors may be decent, but their incompetent administrative staff will be their downfall. That and the cumbersome robot phone system where you have to repeat the same info to the person who finally answers the phone as you did the robot. Just a bunch of never getting anywhere or any resolution.
