At first, my experience with Dr. Henderson for my dermatology appointment seemed great. They claimed to accept my BCBS insurance and took my co-pay without issue. However, after two appointments, I was blindsided several months later by a voicemail stating I had an outstanding balance that was being sent to collections.There was no prior notice—no email, no letters via USPS—nothing. If your policy is to ruin patients' credit over billing issues, the least you can do is provide them with proper notice and an opportunity to address the situation.I attempted to contact your so-called "Billing Department" multiple times, but my calls went unanswered, and I never received a callback. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.I will be reporting this business to the BBB for what I believe to be deceptive and unethical practices. Patients deserve transparency, communication, and respect—not a collections notice out of the blue.

Kept canceling my appointment. LAST MINUTE. NEVER REACHING OUT AS TO WHY. All I wanted to do was get a facial they had their books open and always canceled. Very bad staff if you can’t call me or message me letting me know what to do. Never recommending this place. If they can’t communicate over an appointment I can’t imagine after a medical procedure
