★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The office building is old, dingy, and in need of renovations. I had a provider that gave me a prescription that worked well for me, but that provider was transferred to Quincy, so then I was given a new provider who wanted to start me on methotrexate. I don’t know why they wanted to change my medication when I was given an effective topical that worked exceptionally well. Methotrexate should be utilized in extreme cases when other treatments don’t work so why are they pushing the Methotrexate? I spoke to my PCP and they agreed with me about thinking Methotrexate wasn’t a good option. I asked for the topical that was prescribed by my last provider, but I was getting the feeling that they didn’t like the request. These new providers were rude and bullying, bringing a second person into the room who was supposedly a student. Of course I gave verbal consent, but usually health care facilities should have a written paper consent to be signed. I was then inspected in a way that did not resemble a professional medical assessment with open communication so I knew what the woman was about to do. You should tell a patient what you’re going to do be before prying and being invasive. Anyway, they eventually gave me the topical back, but the following month I was told by the specialty pharmacy that I could only get so many months of this medication which make no sense since I was getting this topical prescribed monthly. You don’t give a patient a topical for 6 months in a row only to tell them they can’t have it for a other 6 months. The whole place is very odd and unprofessional, there should not be so much drama about wanting a simple topical that was an effective treatment. I will never go back.

Mar 18, 2025 · NicoleKristina is simply the best! She truly cares for her patients, and all around a great office.
Apr 03, 2025 · ariMy visit today to see NP Jessica Bahros was a very comfortable and informative appointment. I was very nervous going in but, Jessica is such a true professional with the best bedside manner I've ever ever seen - she is so warm and kind. She made me feel comfortable with in minutes. The first medical staff member that welcomed me ( I apologize but, forget the assistants name) had a great happy attitude. She showed me to the exam room then asked how I was feeling and if she could ask me a few questions. She was so professional, kind and just an up beat person. 2 minutes later Jessica and her staff walked back in to examine my back rash. Jessica immediately gave me a happy and warm "hello" asked how I was feeling then asked how she can help me. I just loved that!Jessica asked me more questions then explained exactly what she was going to do to examine my rash further. She asked me if I had any questions before she started, which shows me she really does care about her patients comfort. I left her office much calmer, with a complete explanation of my rash and I'm on my way to feeling better in a few days.
Mar 04, 2024 · Ellen Walshtoday was my first day. The office was so clean everyone that worked There was amazing. Friendly and helpful. I saw Doctor Kristina Anderson, She didn’t make me feel guilty one bit about being a sun worshiper from the 80s with iodine and baby oil. She recommended a great sunscreen that I could use that would feel more like a lotion. I had a precancerous spot removed quick and easy. I highly recommend going here.
